This month has a powerful theme: gratitude and generosity. November is a time to give thanks, especially in the US with Thanksgiving when people get together for a holiday all about saying thank you. Typically, there’s lots of food. Sometimes, there’s a little drama.
We also celebrated Veteran’s Day and Election Day earlier this month. These days are a good reminder to say thank you to those who have fought for our country. Whether you agree with everything that goes down in the White House or not, our veterans are the reason we have the right to vote. Not every person on this planet shares that right.
November is also a lot of fun. There’s the unofficial holiday of Black Friday, which is slowly encompassing several days or even weeks instead of just the one day. So if you’re feeling generous this month, I have a couple of codes for you.

November 2021 Recipes
Finally, one of my favorite ways to give generously to others is by cooking for them. My own personal highlight of November is pumpkin pie. This is the easiest pie of all the pies to make for Thanksgiving, and mine is clean enough to eat for breakfast the next morning. Click here to get the recipe.
If you prefer savory over sweet, these Sichuan-inspired noodles were a huge hit in my house and take only 30 minutes to make. Click here for the recipe.
Finally, as your holiday shopping gets underway, don’t forget about my gift guide I published last month! Click here for my gift guide.
