Here is a very classic American dinner.
Some feedback I’ve gotten is that people want to try my meals, but they live with a carnivore. If you scroll through my Instagram feed, you’ll see that we don’t eat all plants, just mostly. This is an example of my husband’s dinner.
Grilled Butcher Box chicken (marinated in tamari, olive oil, Dijon, sea salt and pepper), roasted broccoli and cauliflower (from frozen, olive oil and sea salt at 350 for 45 mins ), plus brown rice in our Instant Pot (manual high 15 mins).
Still healthy, still delicious, and still easy.
