If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen that my friend Bari and I are taking on the challenge of recreating the Betty Crocker cookbook in a healthier fashion. Expect to see several recipes over the course of the next few months that may seem a tad familiar 😉
The first section was dips, and after taking a poll on social media, onion dip was the winner. I have to tell you this healthy onion dip couldn’t be easier to make. This recipe serves 2-4, but feel free to double for entertaining larger parties.

Ingredients
- 1 container Monty’s original plant-based cream cheese
- 1/2 packet Primal Palate French onion seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp unsweetened plant milk (I used organic soy)
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix until well combined. Serve with vegetables, crackers, whatever you like! I paired mine with Simple Mills almond flour crackers.
I had a taste and I give it a thumbs up! 👍
Sounds yummy!!!
