With steamed kale, roasted broccoli and a pumpkin and hemp seed topping, this is a very satisfying meal. I used the Sakara cookbook Eat Clean Play Dirty recipe for the soup.
While making the soup, roast broccoli with olive oil (1 tbsp per head) and sea salt at 425 for 25 minutes. Steam some kale in a pot, and toast some pumpkin seeds with a little sea salt in a small pan. Add the soup to the pot with kale until nice and hot. Pour into bowls and top with broccoli and seeds, adding hemp seeds if desired.
